Nina and I had an unforgettable day filled with adventure, delicious food, and heartwarming moments. We started by revisiting Mega, the stray dog we rescued, who is now on the road to recovery with the help of a dedicated vet team. In between check-ins, we explored local malls like Mitsukoshi and Uptown, where we indulged in some matcha delights and checked out unique fashion finds. It’s amazing to see the little joys that make every city special.
The highlight of our day was seeing Mega show signs of improvement. From being unable to eat to finally enjoying chicken and rice, he’s making steady progress. Rey shared the good news that his mom is ready to adopt Mega, offering him a loving home with three playful dogs as companions. Witnessing the care and teamwork that went into giving this pup a second chance reminded us of the power of compassion and connection.
The day wrapped up with delicious Japanese ramen and quality time with Nina, unwinding after the hustle. We even debated the flavors of the dishes, comparing them to authentic Japanese cuisine. Reflecting on our Manila adventures, it’s clear that life’s best moments come from blending meaningful work, small indulgences, and sharing it all with loved ones.
