There’s just a few simple steps to creating these videos, but before doing that – you can check out all types of “relaxing music” YouTube channels that are making INSANE amounts of money, and that’s the type of videos you are going to learn how to make in this video (but you could choose any niche once you learn the HOW, in this video). But the other reason we picked these is because it’s trending up, on Google.
First, go to Google or YouTube and type in “relaxing music” or whatever niche you are going after, followed by “royalty free.” (I picked “rain” in this tutorial) Then you want to download a royalty free audio track (length doesn’t matter).
Next, you’re going to take that audio and make it longer in a free tool called audacity. I show you how to do it in the video, and it’s super simple (I promise). After you finish making the audio longer by duplicating it a bunch of times (and making sure that it doesn’t fade in or out) you want to export it as a WAV file.
After that, we are going to go to pexels.com to find a video of rain falling. The nice thing about pexels is you don’t even need an account and they have amazingly high quality videos! After finding a good video (length doesn’t matter, again) we’re onto the next step.
Now, you want to use a free editor (upshot, iMovie, etc.) or use Camtasia (which is what I use in this video) you can get a trial here: https://go.thomasgaretz.com/camtasia-trial and we are going to edit it all together. You could edit your audio in Camtasia too, but I just wanted to show a free option if paid isn’t in the budget for you.
And yes, I do know editing a video may seem daunting at first… but it’s actually soooo easy, and I know you can do it! But after we edit the video and audio together, make them longer, you want to export it – and then you’re basically ready to upload it to YouTube!
Although, my advice for you (before you upload the video) is to look at what other successful channels are doing and modeling after success! Also, watching some tutorials on YouTube for things like: how to post videos on YouTube, how to make a thumbnail, how to title a video, etc. that way you aren’t going in blind, if you’re brand new to YouTube.
But in a nut shell, that’s exactly how to post videos on YouTube and make money. Feel free to comment down below if you have any questions, I’m always happy to help if you’re struggling – but make sure to smash the like button if you enjoyed this video!
