How to Stop “Reset Your Password” and “Login Request” Emails from Instagram

It’s not uncommon for Instagram accounts to get bombarded with emails from Instagram saying the following.

“Sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging into Instagram. We can help you get straight back into your account.”

This actually means that someone is trying to access your account. Not to worry though, your account is safe. Just make sure you have 2-factor authentication on.
