Here are my new 3 pin images I’m about to publish and I spent approximately 37 seconds working on them. Do you know why? Because I didn’t create them! I paid a graphic design team to make Pinterest pins BETTER than mine and here is what happenedโ€ฆSpoiler: it wasn’t on Fiverr!

I’m a Pinterest marketing expert and I run a small business online, so I constantly need a lot of graphic design for my Pinterest account and images to use across my other social media accounts. I decided to try a design team that will create for me pin images and we’ll see the results in a few minutes.

You might expect me to go on a site like Fiverr but I really don’t have the time to go through hundreds of profiles of freelancers, check their delivery times, and their portfolios and test my patience knowing that many will not even reply to my request within 24 hours.

What I am going to do instead – I’ll head over to penji.com who kindly sponsored this video so that I can show you an alternative way to get ALL your graphic design for all of your social media done for you for an affordable flat monthly fee.

I figured since they give you this UNLIMITED package of graphic design, why not use it for managing my Pinterest profile? You know Pinterest can drain my energy so fast because I need to post there about 10 times a day and so for every piece of content on my site I create 3 different pin variations.

If you are actively growing on Pinterest you know that creating so many graphics can be a struggle. Especially if you don’t have any graphic design skills. But Pinterest traffic is totally worth the effort. Look at this – the ad management company that I use for my blog recently added a new report on your RPM which shows your revenue per traffic source.

I get about 65% of my revenue from my Pinterest traffic and the RPM is very close to my RPM with traffic from Google.

For me, an investment in creating better pins and more pins totally makes sense!

So I’ll send them a task like this:

Showing the task with 3 versions of the pin, ideas of the background image or variations of text overlay for each pin.

Alright, every project will be delivered within 24-48 hours which is a great turnaroundโ€ฆ

I’ll then show the process of communication with your team (what they answered and how soon I’ve got the images).

Then I’ll do some commentary about the pins your team created (focused on the positives, which particular elements of the design were done great to help my pins get better performance).

Let’s have a look at these pins. The designer indeed used the pinkish color scheme which I requested because I think it’s the best match both for my brand and for the female audience that I am targeting on Pinterest.

In all 3 images the designers used large fonts in the text overlay. They didn’t use the same exactly font and style for all the text, which is great. You know, it’s a typical beginner mistake when you create pins to use the same font for the entire text – this makes it harder to read and doesn’t help users quickly scan the information by making more important parts of the text.
In these pins, Penji designer visually emphasized the word “Pinterest”.
