1:19 WHAT ARE YOUTUBE SHORTS & WHY?
But before we get started, I just want to quickly explain what YouTube Shorts are and why we’re going to use them. So YouTube Shorts are just short form vertical videos (it’s basically YouTube’s version of TikTok). And we’re using them because they’re truly the best way to start getting your first views & subscribers as a beginner on YouTube.

2:46 STEP 1 (PART 2) – UNLIMITED VIDEO IDEAS
This step is an important step that most YouTuber’s don’t even explain… which means most beginners just don’t understand it or don’t do it. I personally show exactly how I do this for all of my videos and that’s by using a tool called MorningFame. This tool literally changed the game for me and my channel. 4:23 STEP 2 – GET THE CONTENT
After you have your video idea, it’s time to get the content for the video. The nice thing about this niche, we only really need a script and voiceover. So when it comes to getting those, you can either do it the free way – or the paid way (which I showed multiple ways to do both). As a beginner, I almost always suggest just doing it the free way (unless you have zero free time) but most of us will benefit more from doing it the free way. And in the video, I showed how to do it all for free, completely step-by-step.
12:47 STEP 3 – CREATE THE VIDEO
For this step, we’re using a free & simple to use tool called Canva. And this is the part where you’ll see me going in-depth and teaching things that no one else is teaching. I do this because I personally believe knowledge is power… and the things I teach here are things that you WILL definitely run into while doing this strategy – so learning how to ACTUALLY do things the proper way will just help you so much more in the long-run.
21:05 STEP 4 – MONETIZE (AKA: GET PAID)
Now is the step you have been waiting for… time to MONETIZE! This niche literally has endless ways to monetize, but the fastest & most simple way to get started monetizing is affiliate marketing… so that’s what we’re going to do.
