There’s way, way too much ego in business. If you’re a CEO, leader, small business owner .. please understand that it’s your job to serve your employees, not the other way around. Let go of the entitlement and start listening to your people. Get to know their needs and wants… work on meeting those, and you might actually see the performance you’re looking for!
