The more and more and more you take risks, you have vulnerable conversations, you try new things and fail in front of friends, you ask for people’s help even though many will say “no”…You see .. most of you that are insecure allow all of this to play out in your head … putting yourself “out there” allows you to have a lot of “no’s” and a lot of “failures” this allows you to get comfortable with them, this allows you to realize peoples judgement on your risks and losses don’t mean shit .. this is the simple framework that many can start leaning into … I want this for you … oh and when you put yourself out there, you find things you’re good at… and that too contributes 😉 my friends, if you lack confidence, it’s time to change how you’ve been going about it ☀️❤️
