Etsy is a huge marketplace for sellers as you can sell both physical and digital products to a huge audience. If you want to start an Etsy shop then this tutorial for beginners will help you get started!
I know a lot of people can feel intimidated which is why I created this tutorial on how to set up an Etsy shop step by step. It is very easy and seeing someone else do it makes it feel much easier!
In order to start an Etsy shop you need the following:
– an idea of what you want to sell
– a name picked out for your new Etsy store (be flexible as many are taken)
– a credit or debit card to pay eventual listing fees
– your personal information about yourself and business
– product listing information (you need one listing but you can also just put in basics and edit it later!)

Etsy is a great platform for beginners because it is a marketplace – you already have access to buyers looking for items to buy. When you open a new shop on Etsy you instantly have the same access to all those buyers and don’t have to drive traffic to your listing like you would on your own website.
