Creating an Etsy shop is a great way to have an outlet for selling in the beginning when things are new and you don’t have an audience.
Etsy is a great platform for beginners because it is a marketplace which means it already has buyers who are looking for items to buy. When you open a new shop on Etsy you instantly have the same access to all those buyers and don’t have to drive traffic to your listing like you would on your own website.
This is why I highly, highly recommend Etsy for beginners who want to sell items online.
