Why Empathy matters in business

As we come back from Labor Day weekend how about the bosses around the world 🌍 really take a step back and start getting serious about their “expectations” of their employees and start focusing on bringing them value and thinking what they can do for them instead of the other way around… too much entitlement on the ownership level, yes you pay people but if you add some humanity and care ♥️ along with a paycheck 💵 you’d be shocked how much better your business would be!
